Come explore Henry Vilas Zoo with us! Join us for this special sensory-friendly camp and practice your science skills like a zookeeper!
This program is designed for neuro-divergent campers entering 4th through 10th grades.
Saturday, August 10th
8:00 am to 1:00 pm
All campers must have an adult accompany them for the day.
Registration is free of charge to participants, thanks to support from the Nelson Institute Center for Climatic Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
Pre-registration required.
Our Zoo Camp programs feature incredible experiences for elementary and middle-school aged children. At Zoo Camp, your child will come face to face with some of our friendly zoo animals, get a behind-the-scenes look at zoo operations, and visit with our knowledgeable zookeepers!
Summer Zoo Camp
Wild week-long day camps all summer long.
Zoo Mini Camp
Single day camp on no-school days.
Winter Zoo Camp
Full day camps during winter break.
Spring Break Camp
Full day camp during spring break.
