When are you open?

We are open daily from 9:30am – 5:00pm.

How much does it cost to visit the Zoo?

We are a free zoo, but donations are greatly appreciated.

Do I need reservation?

No. Visitors are allowed in on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to avoid crowds, please plan on visiting during our off-peak hours after 2pm.

Are face masks required?

Face masks are now optional outdoors and in our indoor spaces.

Can I bring in my own food to the zoo?

Yes, you may bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. No glass bottles are allowed. Outside food may not be brought in to the Glacier Grille.

*NOTE: We do not have a secure space for individuals or groups to store lunches or coolers.

Are your restrooms open?

Yes. Restrooms and our Family Room are open.

Is the playground open?

The playground is open daily, but may close in inclement weather.

Is the restaurant open?

The Glacier Grille is open daily from 10:30am – 4pm. The Cup and Cone with coffee and ice cream is open when weather allows.

Is the gift shop open?

Yes, the gift shop is open daily!

Are the train and carousel open?

The carousel is open daily. The train is open for the season, but closes during inclement weather.

What animals can I see?

All of our animals are given access to both indoor and outdoor spaces, so the animals on exhibit may change from day to day. In general, you will be able to see about 80% of the animals on any given day including tiger, porcupine, camels, flamingo, bison, badger, seals, polar bears, otters, and penguins.

How long does it take to get through the whole zoo?

It typically takes between 30 minutes to one hour to get through the whole zoo.

Are pets allowed?

No, only service animals are allowed in the Zoo.

Can I bring in a stroller?

Yes, you may bring in strollers or wagons. We have a limited number of strollers guests can borrow, but during peak hours they may not be immediately available.
