Join the Party for the Planet on Earth Day!
Every year, Henry Vilas Zoo partners the Wisconsin DNR, and the Dane County Regional Arborists Group to celebrate the planet! Through a variety of activities, we aim to educate the public about sustainability and resource conservation. Past events have featured education about green energy, a free Earth Day activity book, free tree saplings to plant at home, a Kid’s Climb hosted by the Madison Arborists, and thumbprint pledges to encourage small actions that make a big difference!
