Henry Vilas Zoo Birthday Parties

Thank you for choosing Henry Vilas Zoo for your next birthday party!

Birthday parties are available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Parties can be reserved for either 11am – 1pm or 2pm – 4pm. Birthday parties are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Birthday parties must be reserved 2 weeks in advance. (PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID restrictions, parties in the Glacier Grille side room are currently limited to 10 guests.)

Camel Cupcake Package

Pricing:

  • $240 for up to 10 children
  • $320 for up to 20 children

The Camel Package includes:

  • A cupcake for each child
  • 1 carousel token per child
  • A stuffed animal and card for the birthday guest
  • Drinks, plates, napkins, and utensils

Your choice of two locations:

  • Flamingo Tent – outdoor patio overlooking our flamingo exhibit
  • Glacier Grille Side Room – private room inside our Glacier Grille restaurant with a view of our Arctic Passage polar bear exhibit

Porcupine Pizza Package

Pricing:

  • $275 for up to 10 children
  • $390 for up to 20 children

The Porcupine Package includes:

  • Your choice of pizza (additional pizzas may be purchased)
  • A cupcake for each child
  • 1 carousel token per child
  • A stuffed animal and card for the birthday guest
  • Drinks, plates, napkins, and utensils

Your choice of two locations:

  • Flamingo Tent – outdoor patio overlooking our flamingo exhibit
  • Glacier Grille Side Room – private room inside our Glacier Grille restaurant with a view of our Arctic Passage polar bear exhibit

Party Add-Ons: Add some extra fun to your special day!

  • Unlimited Carousel Rides – $50 All party guests are allowed to ride the carousel as many times as they would like during your scheduled party block.
  • Henry the Lion Guest Appearance – $30 – Have our mascot, Henry the Lion, make an appearance at your party! Henry will show up to deliver the birthday guest’s gift and will stay for 30 minutes.

Important Notes:

  • You many not bring outside food in to the Zoo.
  • Please notify us if you have a food allergy. We are able to work with more requests if given proper notice.
  • Party packages do not include decorations. You are allowed to come and set up decorations 15 minutes prior to your party start time.
  • Balloons are not allowed on Zoo grounds.
  • Candles are not included, please make sure you bring your own if you would like to include them during your party.
  • Parties are geared towards the young and young-at-heart! We are happy to host birthday parties for adults as well.
